As a Platform Delivery Manager, you will provide strong leadership to IT and build partnerships with the wider business to ensure greater business needs are met. You will have a strong focus on delivery, a solid understanding of business strategy and also naturally be able to form collaborative relationships with all your stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide strong leadership to IT and business centre of excellence portfolio to enable greater business/IT alignment and partnership
  • Build an effective and mutually beneficial 'trusted partner' relationship between the designated business unit(s)
  • Provide input into strategic planning initiatives based on intimate knowledge of the business strategy, problem or opportunity
  • Use technology to build competitive advantage and improve business performance
  • Lead the project initiation process by working collaboratively with wider IT function to define scope and provide high level estimates for initiatives

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strongly demonstrated and proven IT experience with focus on business change and project execution and management
  • Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Solutions focussed with a collaborative approach in problem solving
  • Ability to influence at Executive level
