Our eCommerce Operations function is currently working on delivering exciting projects and is now seeking Product Manager to join the Fulfillment Technology team.

 

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Fulfillment Technology, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the roadmap for product that delivers high quality customer experiences and improves business metrics.

 

You'll also: 

  • Utilise OKRs to define objectives and key success measures
  • Define backlog, partner with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies
  • Frame product backlog in context of bigger picture and larger product roadmap and strategy
  • Manage and prioritise backlog to deliver on their quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes
  • Be accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squads
  • Be responsible for end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery
  • Be responsible for managing one or more squads

 

Good things you'll need: 

  • Familiarity with top level inputs & metrics in order to accurately identify problems
  • A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
  • Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter
  • Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus
  • Experience supporting operational process in large complex organisations; working with a view of the end users experience and how it impacts the customer
  • Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
  • Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
  • Skills in working collaboratively with engineering, design and marketing
