What you'll be doing

• Business Partner the Store Development team through the end to end delivery of the store renewal program
• Evaluate capital investment proposals for store renewals and provide financial input into CAC papers
• Provide financial analysis and insight on renewed store performance, working cross-functionally with property, network planning, operations and corresponding finance teams
• Embed a newly developed performance reporting framework building on current reporting processes
• Own the monthly actuals review and forecast for store development capital and operating expenditure including write offs

Good things you'll need

• CA/CPA or similar business qualification or near with commercial awareness and business focus
• Experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded, alternatively a big 4 or mid-tier environment
• Advanced financial review skills
• Advanced management reporting skills
• Advanced stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly systems literate with advanced modelling skills (including the use of Excel) as well as strong PowerPoint skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements & key financial metrics
• Able to manipulate large data sets, uncover hidden insights, and meaningfully improve our understanding of our business through this process
• Proficiency with systems including TM1 and SAP preferable #LI-FIN
