Cyber Resilience Consulting Practice Manager

As a Cyber Resilience Consulting Practice Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our cyber resilience and shaping our digital future. Using your deep knowledge and understanding of cyber, you will connect with the wider business on a range of projects to uplift our process, to ensure we can continue with our vision of becoming Australia’s Number 1 integrated resort.

Whilst no two days will be the same, you will be responsible for:

• Defining the skills, experience and career framework required to deliver the capital project portfolio with cyber resilience
• Ensuring ongoing assurance supply requirements are met to fulfil demands and utilisation of all Cyber specialists
• Providing line management for all resources within the assigned practice area including leadership, coaching, performance management and quality assurance
• Serving as a trusted advisor that can clearly articulate our security policies, standards, and guidelines to both technical and business audiences alike
• Overseeing the design and deliver of the multi-person Cyber awareness uplift program

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Accredited tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology, Cyber Security, Governance, Business or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability and proven cyber management consulting and experience with preparing presentations and reports for executive and senior management
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff
• One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISP, SABSA, ITIL, ISO27K
