Responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and efficient processing of Accounts Payable details into Oracle Financial Management System
  • Leading purchase order details to invoice details for all PO invoices
  • Verifying that all invoices are authorised in accordance with policies
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Procurement Team Members
  • Identify and recommend continuous business process improvement

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in a high-volume accounts payable position (preferably in a corporate environment)
  • Experience with the end-to-end management of the payables processes
  • Computer skills (Oracle/ERP, Word, Excel)
  • Exposure to an ERP system and OCR Technology would be advantageous skills
