About your new role:

As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring stability, availability, reliability and usability of our systems, platforms and applications. You will provide a fast resolution to any incidences or problems and identify improvements to ensure business needs are continually met.

Whilst no two days will be the same, some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Work with operations and infrastructure teams to determine and resolve any problems at second and third level
  • Manage escalations and improvement from vendors relating to platforms and applications
  • Analyse workflows to create process maps and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure management of all applications installations, maintenance and problems
  • Prepare material and providing training and assistance to end-users following implementation and for on-going improvements in application usage

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in similar role working with various applications
  • Ability to operate in a complex, fast paced and multi-level information technology environment
  • Ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation
