What you'll be doing
 

Product Manager – Data Projects (12-month maternity leave cover).  In this role you’ll establish roadmaps to leverage Coles Information assets to deliver value that aligns with the business strategies and;

  • Support the e-Commerce business in implementing the e-Commerce data strategy and roadmap to achieve organisational objectives and strategic initiatives using data-informed decision making
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of the data governance framework including the definition of roles and responsibilities related to data governance to ensure clear accountability across the organisation
  • Encourage a data-driven culture and build data capabilities cross-organisational to achieve data excellence
  • Transformation project eCommerce, support the growth of ecommerce, OMNI channel and unified customer experience with the use of data, building modern capability to enable eCommerce to leverage data in a strategy transformation
  • Ability to support the change agenda

 

Good things you'll need

 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in technology, business information management or other data related qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in data and reporting space
  • Experience in a Consulting organisation preferred but not essential 
  • Experience implementing an organisation's wide data strategy and/or data governance framework, establishing an implementation roadmap and tracking deliver
  • Experience influencing teams to better manage digital data assets by encouraging a 'data-driven culture' and having the organisation adopt data handling practices through improved policies, procedures and standards.
  • Experience in communicating complex data concepts in a simple way.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with, consult and advise senior management and executives
  • Portfolio management, agile and development methodologies
  • Work well with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change #LI-FIN
