Help us establish overall property control, safety & security whilst protecting the assets and maintaining gaming integrity. The Star has a duty of care to ensure all our guests and our team members have an exciting experience or work in a safe and carefully supervised environment. Responsibility for this lies largely in the hands of our Surveillance Team, who meticulously watch over property-wide operations through our extensive state-of-the-art CCTV system.
Working within the Heart of The Star, our Trainee Surveillance Operators keenly observe and monitor everything that happens on site, whilst completing CCTV scans of the property with a simple touch of a button. The role is incredibly diverse, as one moment they may be collaborating closely with floor staff and security personnel to coordinate an emergency response; and the next they will be actively monitoring live Casino Gaming to identify and intercept illegal or undesirable activity.
