Work from anywhere. We aspire to be a purpose driven, virtual organisation enabling you to work flexibly and create a work life plan that helps you manage work and personal commitments so that you can be at your best. We gather in person from time to time in our Adelaide facility to collaborate, co-create and connect and travel will be required on these occasions as will some time on site.
The Role – What will you be doing?
In our Devolved Model our operating Assets are responsible for delivering against their business plans in line with our overarching Strategy and our governing process and performance standards. The work of the Corporate Functions is to focus on the design and assurance of this governance system and the future growth of the Company. The work of the Devolved Assets and Corporate is complimentary and separate and together forms what we refer to as the OZWay.
This corporate role has a direct impact on designing our system and people processes, partnering with our stakeholders and Assets to assure we are unlocking the value of our OZ Way in our devolved model.
