About the team:

By combining the fast-paced culture of retail with the ever-growing world of ecommerce, Coles Online takes the time and effort out of grocery shopping. With services such as Home Delivery, Click & Collect and smart lockers, we’re always working on new ways to make life a little easier for our customers – no matter where they are. Our eCommerce function is currently undergoing an exciting transformation journey and we are looking for a Network Planning Analyst to join our growing team!

 

What you'll be doing:

As a Network Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for developing the eCommerce strategic plan to support growth targets and developing national demand model to provide insights for future network development. 

 

You'll also:

  • Develop dynamic Coles eCommerce strategic network plan for Home Delivery and Click & Collect offerings
  • Identify gaps in the network and provide insights based recommendations 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build dynamic forecasting methods for all online formats
  • Provide sales forecast inputs to Coles Finance and ensure accurate financial modelling
  • Provide network planning inputs using Tableau, PowerBI, Excel and other data visualisation tools

 

Good things you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Data or Business Analyst role
  • Strong Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management experience at senior level
  • Understanding of supermarket operations, including growth of new and existing business units
  • Experience with MapInfo is preferable
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Retail and/or eCommerce is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking

 

Good things you'll need:
