A fantastic 12-month parental leave opportunity, as Team Member Lifecycle Advisor, has arisen within our newly formed Culture & Engagement team. The focus of the team is on developing positive cultural change, bringing Coles’ values and behaviours to life across everything we do, listening and engaging our team members so we can create a great TMX and managing the team member lifecycle.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Culture & Engagement Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with a broad stakeholder group. You’ll help design and oversee the onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding experience for present and future Coles employees, improving the overall quality and efficiency of the team member experience.

 

You’ll also:

  • Define and manage the on / off / cross-boarding strategy and processes for Coles
  • Identify enhancements in technology platforms to support improvements in onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding.
  • Design, develop and manage change and communications for onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding services across Coles.
  • Assess effectiveness of process efficiencies.

 

About you and your skills

  • Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and improving team member experience highly valued.
  • Proven analytical skills to analyse data and generate insights with business relevance.
  • Ability to build trust and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce preferably in the Retail industry.
  • A passion for all things workplace culture and team member engagement.
