About the role

This is a new role reporting to the Manager, ICT Portfolio Delivery, you will lead a team of ICT Business Analysts, as well as lead and define the ICT Business Analysis practice and its deliverables. This role will mostly focus within the areas of business systems, business processes, and workflow and may be called upon to support enterprise initiatives from time to time.

This is a permanent full time role, location flexible.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the business to identify emerging and approved business requirements, evaluate, coordinate project ideas, formulate delivery roadmaps, and contribute to the design and delivery of products and solutions
  • Continue to mature portfolio project & ICT intake functions
  • Work with senior business analysts, enterprise architect and other roles to determine the best fit solutions for the business needs
  • Provide supervision and support to Business Analysts to produce LWB business analysis services and products
  • Mentor and arrange suitable training for Business Analysts to build skills and capabilities
  • Work with ICT management and key Business Stakeholders to design and implement business analysis services and products
  • Work collaboratively with the ICT team to promote and deliver innovative service and solutions
  • Support and adhere to all LWB security management processes and procedures
  • Ensure security related events are managed in accordance with LWB policies to minimise risk or disruption to business operations
  • Collaborate with project teams and the ICT change manger, develop and contribute to the updating of artefacts to support end-users

 Skills & Experience

  • BachelorÂ’s degree in information technology or similar
  • Experience working in large, complex, high transactional organisations
  • Demonstrated experience leading analytical teams
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing business analysis services and products
  • Strong understanding of the solution development lifecycle and business analysis and process engineering skills
  • Demonstrated formal planning skills and experience
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated written communication skills for the creation of reports, correspondence and other material
  • Strong verbal communication skills and presentation ability, presenting IT concepts clearly to different levels of users
  • Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
