About the Role
Come become a member of the Student Progress team based in one of the Higher Education Schools where you will be responsible for administering Student Progress activities. You will provide support for examination paper submission, results processing, special consideration and student progress activities. A key part of this role is to build strong working relationships with academic staff and other key stakeholders to support the activities of the Student progress team.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
  • Provide advice to stakeholders on a range of matters in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Establish and maintain administrative tracking systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the assessment and measurement of critical customer needs and employee perceptions and incorporate into continuous improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a supportive work environment.

Qualifications
Completion of a post-secondary qualification with relevant work-related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and /or educational training.
