What you’ll be doing 

As part of the broader Technology team, Corporate Systems are responsible for the development and support of applications across multiple enterprise platforms including Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, Risk, Safety and Legal.? 

 

Corporate Systems is an integral part of some key initiatives including SAP implementations, increasing cloud capability and digitising multiple manually intensive processes. 

 

In this role you will be responsible for managing some exciting projects within the Corporate Platform team. You will be required to lead a team of Project Managers and build business cases and manage the delivery of complex technology projects through the full project lifecycle

 

You will have demonstrated experience with development and delivery of cloud-based systems using technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors and Azure, as well as extensive experience building and leading project teams working with critical systems.

 

Proven ability managing complex Program Scheduling, Financial and Resource Management, Change Control, Risk Issues and Assumptions Management, Status Reporting, Documentation and Deliverable Management, Logistics Management.  This will also involve working closely with our key vendors and operations business partners, whilst managing resources within the team and other IT teams. 

You will have previous experience successfully managing complex projects that involve cross functional technologies and areas, multiple external parties (including vendors)

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Experience identifying, gathering and documenting the various elements required for business case development e.g., financial aspects & business benefits, cost, intangible benefits
  • Exposure to portfolio/project management, delivery and business change methodologies
  • Experience delivering agile and hybrid waterfall/agile projects
  • Experience in translating and aligning business strategies into technology solutions
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with multiple business stakeholders and teams

 

 

 

Good things you’ll need

 

         7+ years’ experience in delivering multiple programs of work.

  • Demonstrated experience with development and delivery of cloud-based systems using technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Azure
  • Proven ability to manage complex Program Scheduling, Financial and Resource Management, Change Control, Risk Issues and Assumptions Management, Status Reporting, Documentation and Deliverable Management, Logistics Management.
  • Experience in building and leading multiple projects and teams.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders across Coles Group to align priorities
  • To provide leadership and support to senior project managers, projects managers and project leads.
  • Continually improve the program management service and standards
  • Manage and administer project governance
