The Star Sydney is hiring a Senior Manager Development & Capability to lead and be responsible for the review and support of operational performance of Food & Beverage across the property. This role will be invaluable to our F&B department, as you will develop a program to strengthen outcomes across guest experience delivery and team engagement.
As Senior Manager, it is essential to effectively communicate the learning strategy for F&B, ensuring it supports the development of a career pipeline with F&B for our Team Members. A key component of your role will be building an end to end program that aligns recruitment, selection, retention and promotions across F&B operations, ensuring alignment of Diversity & Inclusion objectives.
