The Star Entertainment is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for communicating cybersecurity and business requirements to facilitate troubleshooting within various project teams. With strong stakeholder management, you will be supporting our departments in building Business Analysis capability to ensure project outcomes are met.

A key role of this position involves overseeing project visions and scopes, ensuring that you conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to align budgeting and compliance requirements. To achieve this, it is essential that you articulate business models and technological solutions that is understandable to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop partner relationships with internal stakeholders to understand the project scopes and solution models so that deliverables are met
  • Provide leadership to departments in building analytical and solution-making capabilities
  • Provide written reports detailing business needs and translating them into technological requirements and outcomes
  • Day to day coordination of multiple projects whilst ensuring compliance obligations across departments are clearly articulated and plans are developed to meet these

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis activity and Cyber Security programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, information technology or similar accreditation in Business Analysis
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders to support initiatives
  • Experience with data protection, Identity and Access Management and SIEM Migration/Decommissioning desirable
  • Capability to facilitate change and build knowledge with departments on strict action plans
