We have a Part time position available. You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care.
The house profile: This house is situated in Ringwood. Experience with supporting residents with Behaviours of Concern is beneficial.

Fortnightly splits: 50:00/53:00 a mix of morning, & Afternoon shifts Including 8 Sleep over shifts per month.
