About the role:
A unique and rewarding opportunity to join Box Hill Institute onsite within our Educational Office at the Metropolitan Remand Centre (MRC) in Ravenhall as our LLN Administrator!
This opportunity is part time Monday to Friday 9am-12pm) until June 2024.
The Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Administrator is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of high quality Nationally Recognised Training programs to the Corrections Victoria (CV) prisons project located in Barwon North West Region.
You will be assisting in the effective administration of learner enrolment and records. This involves:
This position is required to develop and maintain effective working relationships with teaching and professional employees, stakeholders within the Prison sites and local communities within the region.
Note: This role is located within a prison environment and teachers will be alone with student groups made up of prisoners. You will be employed by Box Hill Institute however working onsite at the Metropolitan Remand Centre (MRC), in Ravenhall.
