This is an innovative and exciting way of supporting foster carers never seen before in the Goulburn / Ovens Murray region. As a Hub Home Provider, you will provide support to families participating in Life Without Barriers Mockingbird Family Constellation.
The Hub Home Provider is key in the development of a healthy community of foster and kinship carers focused on the health, safety, growth and permanence of participating children and young people. This will include providing support to foster and kinship carers while enabling self-care that promotes healthy retention of carers.
The Mockingbird Family Constellation program offers a unique and valuable opportunity for carers to simultaneously enhance their caregiving skills and gain paid professional experience.
A Hub Home Provider is a cornerstone of our Mockingbird Family Constellation program. You will reside in a home that is conducive and appropriate for providing support to satellite families participating in the constellation. Your role is to offer essential support services to foster and kinship families while promoting self-care, ensuring the healthy retention of carers. Your commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment is the key to the success of this program.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
