About the role

Newly created position to map and analyse our National Client Funds Program. This is a 6 month maximum term full time contract which can be located anywhere within our national foot print. You can work from where you are most productive, whether that be from your home or one of our offices, however, there may be times where you are required in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive business process maps
  • Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Utilise data analytics tools to measure process performance and recommend enhancements
  • Work closely with both the Project and Business Optimisation Teams to ensure alignment of processes with automation and RPA goals
  • Create detailed process documentation to serve as an input for Standard Operating Procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in business process mapping and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience using process mapping tools and software
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management
  • Experience troubleshooting issues quickly, and identifying and analysing efficient solutions in a short timeframes
  • Analytical and problem solving skills and ability to consider strategic implications of decisions
  • Comfortable in using a variety of tools and programs such as Miro, Smartsheet, etc.

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check.
