About the role:
A very exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as the Executive Business Support Officer (EBSO)!
Within this role you will be responsible for managing the financial, administration, project management and executive support functions for the Executive Director and the managers in the Directorate. You will be providing effective planning and management of resources and operations to enable the achievement of the key strategic and operational priorities.
The EBSO will work as part of a community practice with the other Executive Business Support Officers and develop sound relationships with members of the Executive and Leadership teams, employees across BHI as well as external stakeholders and clients.
As part of the EBSO role, you will be managing the directorate administrative responsibilities, including diary management, scheduling of meetings, agenda construction preparation of briefing papers, board papers, drafting minutes, managing meeting follow- up activities, reports and presentations
You will be responsible for providing sophisticated business reports, which effectively synthesise and interpret relevant information. The position is responsible for end-to-end project management to ensure successful project delivery for the Executive Director including scheduling, monitoring, reporting, board reporting and associated project documentation.
Within this role you will also be providing high level confidential support Develop and implement systems and correspondence registers to ensure accurate record management and timely access to records and information of all directorate matters. This includes maintaining confidential records and filing systems.
This role is ongoing and is located at our Elgar Road Box Hill campus. Salary is PACCT 7 $86,530.00 per annum (exclusive of superannuation).
