About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will actively support the individual needs of elderly Australians who access our Community Care services in Townsville. You will help our clients remain living independently in their own homes through the provision of personal care, social support and domestic assistance. We have flexible hours available where you will assist multiple clients throughout the day, so a valid Australian Drivers Licence is essential in this role.
We are looking for caring and responsible support workers who reflect the Life Without Barriers values and are passionate about helping others.
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
