We are currently looking to recruit a part time Disability Support Worker (DDSO1/1Q) for the house team, situated in Box Hill. In this role you will be responsible for providing a tailored service for people with disabilities, across their life cycle and in all domains of life, to enable access to a life of dignity, respect and social inclusion in the least restrictive environment.
In this role you will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care.
As the successful applicant in this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for male clients within the house. This role involves working with clients with Behaviours of concern. We are looking for someone who is open to arrange of experiences and is willing to implement behaviour management strategies.
This role is part time ongoing. The roster details are outlined as hours per fortnight below:
Roster 1 Fortnightly Split:
This roster is a mixture of day, afternoon shifts, 2 Sleepover shifts & 2 weekends per month.
