About the Role
Working within our Transitionary Aged Care Program (TACP) services in Bega and surrounding local areas, you will provide short-term specialised care and support to elderly people as they recover from hospital stays in their own homes.
You will assist clients in regaining their independence and confidence through the provision of personal care, domestic assistance, community transport and social support.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake relevant pre-employment checks to ensure the safety of our clients. This includes a National Criminal History Record Check and meeting immunisation requirements as per our contract with NSW Health.
We will discuss with and support you to meet these specified requirements as part of your recruitment and on boarding process.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
