About the role

This is a newly created role commencing late January, early February 2024.  You will have a pivotal role in driving organisational change, this position focuses on facilitating seamless end-user adoption of new systems and processes for the National Client Funds Program system across Life Without Barriers.

Your role will encompass crafting policies and procedures, facilitating internal and external communications. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in integrating staff into the program's journey, engaging families, and managing external communications effectively.

This is a 6 month full-time contract maximum term, offering flexibility to work from your preferred location, be it your home or our offices, however there may be times where you are required in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people related change resulting from projects and related change impacts.
  • Develop a change management plan
  • Design, develop and deliver the communications strategy for the project
  • Develop comprehensive communication packages for clients, families and staff
  • Design tailored training modules for staff
  • Provide continual support, guidance and communications to management and staff throughout each stage of the process
  • Work with project teams / streams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in senior change manager roles.
  • Significant experience in the application of change management principles and methodologies
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, managers and senior leaders
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills  
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and positive outcomes
  • Ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and to quality standards
  • Proficient ability in the use of MS Office suite of programs
  • Ability to handle sensitive material, demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and operate with integrity and honesty
