About the role
As a Case Manager within our Family Based Care team located in Newcastle, your role will involve close collaboration with children, young individuals, carers, and families to meticulously formulate and execute individualized case plans. These plans are designed to actively advance and champion the permanency objectives for the children and young individuals under our care
To thrive in this highly rewarding opportunity, you'll need a background in working with Children & Young People in out-of-home care, coupled with expertise in managing complex caseloads.
This is a Permanent Full Time position offering a blend of on-site and remote work arrangements - Regular travel to the locations of the Children, Young People, Families and Carers is a requirement of this role, and a company vehicle is provided for this.
