Our Gaming Services Hosts are the first point of contact for our guests. Providing memorable guests experiences, your commitment to guest satisfaction will shine through every interaction as you deliver above and beyond guest expectations.
In this role you will be responsible for new member acquisition to the Star Club loyalty program and respond to guest enquiries face to face and over the phone. You will excel in guest excellence, using your in-depth knowledge of the property and loyalty program to create memorable experiences for our guests.
What are we looking for?
Experience and ability to provide appropriate solutions for guests to resolve any customer service issues
A high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
A commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn other the other required systems
The ability to work within a strong framework of policies and procedures
Exceptional, world-class standards in guest service excellence
Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering legendary service

The $3.6 billion Queens Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
