As our Food & Beverage Attendant reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.? 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a fun and trusted environment for our guests, take good care, and work alongside a team embodying integrity.   

We have full-time, part-time and casual?positions?+ penalty loadings for early mornings, late nights and weekends!

Venues we are recruiting for:

Event Centre – Group dining experience with an event space that is personalised with a unique culinary experience using local produce. Seat up to 3000 guests for cocktail or theatre style events!

In Room Dining - A world of luxe. Look after our guests staying at The Star Grand Hotel and The Darling, Sydney's only Forbes five star boutique hotel and urban resort. Here you will find all the allure of Australia's most glamourous city poured into ravishing cocktail of courtesy, charisma and charm.

Sovereign Room – Exclusive, luxe and unique space for our VIP Members, with uninterrupted views of the iconic Sydney harbour, a sophisticated sunken bar and a fine dining restaurant offering Asian and Western cuisines.

Oasis Lounge - Inviting sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of the Main Gaming Floor. A dedicated pace and serene lounge areas to relax and socialize in comfort.

Food Quarter – Your one stop café for delicious dining. With flavours spanning the globe, you’ll be satisfied with irresistible cuisine at great values. 

Harvest Buffet – A feast for all senses. More than 100 different items on offer at our famous in house buffet!

Antidote – Where a passion for caffeination thrives. Will & Co Coffee accompanied by all your favourite breakfast bites made fresh to order.

Sports Bar - Our hub for all mega sporting events. All your pub favourites, bar and entertainment lineups weekly, and over 50 LCD TVS.

A few of your responsibilities:??? 

• Handle all guest queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact and refer all problems together to your leader
• Prepare food and beverage for guests whilst creating a thrilling, memorable guest experience
• Consistently demonstrate relevant restaurant sequence of service
• Correctly prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, adhering to recipes and specified measured
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with statutory and company hygiene requirements
• Perform the duties of an usher by greeting and escorting guests to assigned seating section
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote effective communication
• Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work area
• Follow all dispensing measures as per procedures, and the necessary recording of waste
• Provide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient manner

What we are looking for:?? 

• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Previous experience in Bars or Restaurants (highly regarded)
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster 
• Current NSW RSA
