The Asset Protection Systems Manager position reports directly to the Director of Surveillance and specialises in the management of all technical systems within Asset Protection and the day-to-day responsibility for efficient and effective operation of the Asset Protection systems and technology. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and make your mark within our Asset Protection team.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance, expansion, development and management of Surveillance & Security Systems via the technical resources.
  • Ensure the Surveillance & Security Systems operate and are maintained within accordance to the Casino Control Act and ICM’s
  • Assist with the Development & planning of a Technology Roadmap that leverages existing & current technologies, whilst futureproofing said infrastructure for operations.
  • Respond, investigate and report Breaches in areas of the role’s responsibility within the obligated timeframe and implement processes to prevent or mitigate their reoccurrence.
  • Accountable for the development, implementation and evaluation of Asset Protection operations to ensure they meet company objectives.
  • Provide advice on the most efficient and effective use of current surveillance equipment.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience with managing CCTV installation, maintenance, repairs and programming.
  • Experience in IT operating systems &/or network maintenance.
  • Experience with installation and administration of Windows 2019 Server and Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Knowledge or experience with Access Control Intruder Detection & Two-way Radio systems
  • Current NSW Security Industry Licence.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
