Night Auditor - Dorsett Gold Coast

The Dorsett Hotel are currently accepting applications for a Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel while continuing to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

What are we looking for?

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office with night audit experience highly regarded
• Be confident in issue resolution, problem solving and decision making
• Good computer skills with knowledge of property management systems (Opera Cloud highly regarded)
• A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
• Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am
