We are looking for an experienced & motivated Disability Support Worker for our residential home in Blackburn. You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house.
Experience assisting clients with Behaviours of concern, Epilepsy & subsequent medication management is highly regarded.

The Part time role we have available offers the following hours & shifts:
Roster splits: 35:00/55:00 This roster is a mix of morning, some full day, and afternoon shifts. No Sleep overs.
