SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – Safer Gaming

As our SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer you will be working on our Safer Gaming workstream, you will be part of transformation that is critical to the success of the business and contribute to the uplift of end-to-end processes and systems. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Sydney based team on a 12 month maximum-term contract and will provide business analysis skills to support the effective implementation of the Safer Gaming uplift. We are seeking someone who is up to the challenge and has experience in working on business transformation and remediation programs.

 

A few of your responsibilities

  • Develop current state, future state assessments and operating models.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather information, understand stakeholder interest, maintain an up to date understanding of the various business units and their operations to better manage expectations.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager regarding prioritisation and estimation of levels of effort, and risk and cost of implementation.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Ensure that all project communications are dealt with in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a background in working on remediation programs.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Exposure to highly a regulated work environments is favourable.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
  • A tertiary qualification in or accreditation in business analysis or financial crime is desirable.
