We are seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to join our Group Risk function based in Sydney. This is a 12 month Secondment position in which you will Coordinate and facilitate activities within the Group Risk team. This role will also provide specific administrative support to the Investigations Team by coordinating and assisting the team to meet ICM requirements reporting obligations to the Casino Regulator in relation to the submission of reports within the prescribed time frames.

As part of the Investigations team you will triage and prepare responses to Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) enquiries, prepare and submit Blue Banner requests and respond to AML enquiries and collate the necessary documentation to respond to Section 21 notices. 


A few of your responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of administrative support to the Group Risk General Managers on an ad-hoc basis
  • Arranging travel and ensure bookings are made in accordance with applicable travel policies.
  • Complete and submit expense reports, process invoices and track purchasing requests of day-to-day items, raise Purchase Requisitions,
  • promptly check and code invoices for signature and payment and assist with other accounting matters as required.

What we are looking for

  • Strong administration experience is essential
  • A Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft system applications
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize work schedules
  • Experience working with teams across multiple businesses and locations.
  • Previous experience in working in a similar function is preferred
