TSEG will achieve this by leading with integrity and values to enable us to provide entertainment, gaming, and leisure experiences safely, responsibly, and ethically.As our Senior Project Coordinator reporting to the Governance Manager, you will be responsible for managing activities and resources to support projects within the transformation office. This is a 12 Month Maximum-Term contract based in Gold Coast or Brisbane.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will Manage administration duties for high complexity projects to delivering significant business change and supporting key governance coordination related to the remediation program.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Assisting with the delivery of project tasks including governance, financial and resource management as well as risk and issue management.
  • Suggesting methods of maximising efficiencies to contribute to continuous improvement and monitor quality to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Co-ordinating and scheduling key meetings and workshops including the Remediation Steering Committee by preparing and/or editing meeting minutes, presentations, and papers
  • Supporting the Transformation Office Document Controller with filing and management of project documents and ensureing that copies are created, stored and accessible on Project Server and/or SharePoint.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in a project delivery or co-ordination position and a strong understanding of transformation programs.
  • A proven track record of providing input to set work priorities and working within a team to meet project deadlines.
  • You will have a strong understanding of project budgets and the ability to monitor and refine project costs.
  • High level analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to determine work priorities and work autonomously.

 

You are a seasoned Senior Project Coordinator with the Ability to work cooperatively within project team to deliver project outcomes to quality and timeframes. You have a proven track record of advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills and the ability to analyse documents.
