The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queens Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australias newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.
The role of the Facility Cleaning Supervisor, reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning of all public areas within The Star Brisbane.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Hotels.

About you
You will have previous supervisory experience in a cleaning role within a five-star property or integrated resort. In addition, you will have experience of improving operational efficiency, elevating guest experiences, and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness. You will bring a collaborative and welcoming mindset and thrive in a team environment.
As we move to The Star Brisbane, you will be critical in leading the team through change. You will have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements with experience embedding these requirements as part of your ways of working.

About us
The $3.6 billion Queens Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queens Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
