We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation Office and support a wide range of initiatives as they are prepared for delivery into our business. This position will focus on transformation & Remediation Plan

A few of your responsibilities

 

  • Planning and overseeing projects from initial ideation to completion
  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate internal resources to deliver on objectives
  • Handle projects’ progress mapping and be agile with shifting priorities as required
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate the production and maintenance of all project documentation

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Extensive experience in transformation project management and a strong track record of successful project delivery whilst meeting deadlines.
  • An advanced level of knowledge of project management and all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience in working with remediation projects in a highly regulated environment is advantageous
  • System implementation experience (business side)
  • Previously worked in Risk and/or Compliance projects as well as Regulatory experience

You are a highly self-motivated, seasoned project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. You are results orientated, have impeccable attention to detail, and possess the proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

You are a natural leader with considerable experience in liaising with junior and senior team members and have the ability to build and foster strong trusted relationships.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our risk management uplift program in achieving its outcomes and deliverables, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality.
