The Star Gold Coast are currently looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Assistant Venue Manager to lead two of our premium venues, Cucina Vivo and Kiyomi. Working closely with the Venue Manger and Supervisors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Italian and Japanese fine dining restaurants, ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive restaurant experience, with previous leadership experience in a high-volume or fine dining venue
  • Natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues Certificate (RMLV)
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
  • Ability to manage daily labour and stock control
  • Sound knowledge of efficient venue financials
