The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, will officially open its doors on August 29th, 2024. Australia's newest entertainment and leisure destination will launch in stages, featuring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.
The Porter, reporting to the Concierge is the primary point of contact for our valued guests and visitors. Your role will be diverse, from delivering luggage to guest rooms and parking or retrieving vehicles, to offering insights on local attractions and events to our guests.

Prior experience in a similar capacity
Valid driver's licence
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Affinity for the Brisbane area, including knowledge of the local community and its surroundings
About You
We are seeking dedicated individuals who have a sincere appreciation to deliver exceptional customer service. As a Porter with The Star Brisbane, you will have prior experience in a similar role and hold a valid drivers license.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional presentation and communications skills, while possessing a vast knowledge of the Brisbane area.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of the Hotels department at The Star Brisbane. Join us in making a difference.?
