We are looking for 2 experienced & motivated Disability Support Workers for our residential home in Blackburn. You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house.
Experience assisting clients with Behaviours of concern, Epilepsy & subsequent medication management is highly regarded.

Week 2: Mon: 6:30am 10:00am, Tue: 2:00pm 8:00pm, Fri: 6:30m 10:00am, Sat: 10:00am 8:00pm
Week 3: Sun: 5:00pm 10:00pm, Thu: 9:00am 8:00pm, Fri 2:00pm 8:00pm
Week 4: 6:30am- 10:00am, Tue: 2:00pm -8:00pm, Wed: 10:00am 8:00pm, Thu: 9:00am 8:00pm, Sat:5:00pm 10:00pm
