About the Role
The Enrolment Specialist Coordinator position, reporting to the Deputy Director of Enrolment and Graduation Services, plays a crucial role in delivering enrolment-related services at a high standard to Higher Education and Vocational Education students and colleagues throughout the University. These services are time-sensitive and of significant importance to students, involving tasks such as managing advanced standing applications, assisting with study plan adjustments, and overseeing course completion.
A key responsibility of this role is to serve as an escalation point for stakeholders and the Enrolment Specialist team, ensuring that students adhere to course rules and addressing any complex enrolment issues that may impact their progress. The Enrolment Specialist Coordinator is also tasked with identifying opportunities for process and policy enhancements to streamline tasks for both students and staff, collaborating with the Deputy Director to implement these improvements continuously.
Additionally, the role involves establishing support services to aid students in completing their enrolment, adapting to the evolving needs of the student population.
