About the role
As a result of an exciting internal promotion, we are accepting applications for an additional Operations Manager to join our team in Orange.
With a focus on achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people within our care, you will lead a team comprising of Therapeutic Youth Workers, Home Managers, Case Managers and Therapeutic Specialists to deliver quality care and support under the frameworks of CARE and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) models. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong passion for supporting the permanency goals of children and young people within the child protection sector.
This Permanent Full-Time role which involves a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements. Regular travel requirement of this role, and an annualised vehicle allowance is included in the remuneration package for this role.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, NSW Working with Children Check and NSW Residential Care Worker Register check.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
