About the Role
The purpose of the Project Implementation Officer position is to provide a range of project support, planning and delivery within Life Without Barriers Out of Home Care / Care to Thrive program.
The Life Without Barriers Care 2 Thrive program provides a safe, stable, and supportive family-based care environment for a child or young person with complex support requirements. Care 2 Thrive is provided by specialist kinship or foster carers who are supported by Life Without Barriers to deliver daily care. The program involves a whole of team approach providing the opportunity for children and young people to thrive and to heal through normalised childhood experiences. Â

This is a part-time opportunity for 12 months, 0.4 FTE 16hrs a week excluding breaks The spread of hours worked can be negotiated with the successful applicant.
This role will be a hybrid mix of WFH and office based at our Dandenong office. Some work travel to various work locations maybe required.
