About the Role
Based in Orange, youll provide direct care and mentorship to children and young people aged 1217. Utilising the Children & Residential Experiences (CARE) and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) frameworks, youll be a key support for children & young people whove experienced childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect.
To be successful in this role, you will be a resilient problem solver, who can adapt to an ever-changing environment and be a strong advocate for the young people you support.
Youll undertake a variety of day-to-day duties;
Our Services run a 24/7 therefore successful applicants are required to work a range shifts including afternoons, overnights and weekends. We have both permanent and casual positions available.
