About the Role
Join our team and make a difference in your local community by playing a crucial role in catering to the unique requirements of individuals utilising our Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS). Your mission is to employ a person-centred approach, helping clients to attain their goals and fulfil their support needs.
You will be providing personalised support to our QCSS clients within their home, the successful candidate must have a willingness to travel as you will support multiple clients a day around various Brisbane North suburbs, anywhere from Brisbane North, Boondall to Redcliffe.
This is a casual position, offering up to 30 hours per week depending on candidate availability. All working hours are between the hours of 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, no evening or sleepover shifts.

To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
