About the role
We are recruiting a Case Manager to join our Family Based Care Program. We work closely with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing to provide care arrangements either through Foster Care or a Targeted Care Package (TCP).
As a program we are responsible for ensuring that any child or young person placed in our care is provided with a safe and nurturing environment. We work closely with DFFH and other stakeholders to ensure that we are supporting the child in the context of their case plan and court order. As a case manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the program requirements for home-based care are implemented into practice.
This position reports to the Operations Manager, is being offered as a full-time permanent position and will be based in Dandenong, they will also be required to travel across metro and regional areas at times. Â

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
