About the Role
As an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant, you will be providing personalised support to older Australians within their home around the Brisbane South Suburbs, the successful candidate must have a willingness to travel as you will support multiple clients a day. Some of the suburbs you will be rostered to include but are not limited to Shailer Park, Edens Landing & Beenleigh.
This is a permanent part time opportunity with working hours predominantly between 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with no evening, weekend or sleepover shifts.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
