About the Role
At Life Without Barriers we consider gender a genuine occupational qualification for this position under Section 27 (2), (c), (e) and (g) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, and so we ask that only Female applicants apply.
Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you will support 4 people with disability living in shared housing in Oakleigh South providing various supports including personal care and daily living.
The successful candidates will have previous experience supporting people with disability and must be able to commit to one of the permanent part time rosters below.
Roster splits: 42:00/53:00 - This roster is all day shifts . No Sleep overs.
Each roster includes a mixture of shifts including morning, day and afternoon shifts (no sleepover shifts). Detailed rosters can be provided upon request.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
