About the Role??
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration and innovation? Swinburne University is seeking a dynamic Strategy Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our institution. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in the development of our next strategic plan, ensuring that our vision is not only crafted but also effectively implemented and monitored.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Chief of Staff.
- Lead the development of implementation plans and reporting frameworks that will drive the success of our strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and consultation processes, engaging stakeholders in the co-design and co-creation of our next strategy.
- Utilise your strong people skills to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Extensive experience in facilitating workshops and strategic discussions.
- Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving results through teamwork.

About You???
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:??
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, business performance and Project and Program Management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, particularly executive leaders, to achieve business goals and objectives.
- A highly collegial and collaborative approach, well developed diplomacy, communication, and relationship building skills and the ability to deftly manage a broad span of duties and a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and translate them into actionable insights that drive value.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver facilitated workshops and discussion forums.

Qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or related discipline with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
