About the Role
Your role will be supporting a team of Aged Care Support Leaders with shared responsibilities within the Workforce Leadership Team, you will be working closely with them as well as our Recruitment Team, Care Coordinators and Rostering Team. You will ensure that the services provided meet the needs of our Aged Care partners and day-to-day management tasks and supporting frontline teams.
This is a new permanent part time, job share opportunity offering 25 hours a week, with a 5-hour work day, reporting into the Workforce Support Manager with flexibility on location. This is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate will be able to work some days each week from home or from your nearest LWB office.
We are seeking an organized and proactive individual who thrives on supporting and strengthening a team, with the capability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.

To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
