We have a Part time position available. This is a permanent opportunity. You will be responsible for providing active support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. Our group home is situated in the Inner Melbourne suburb of Elwood.
We are looking for a hard working, focussed and team orientated person to provide active support to the residents. You must be someone who is pro-active not reactive. We require you to be able to think on your feet during shifts. Our residents have a range of support needs. Experience supporting clients with behaviours of concern & experience with non-verbal communication styles is beneficial. Our expectations is you will engage with our residents and their respective support networks, including families.

Roster splits: 38:30/33:00 This roster is a mix of morning & afternoon shifts Including 1 Sleep over shift per month.
